How do I Submit a Claim to the Proposed Settlement?
File a Claim Form before Monday August 2, 2010. Claims Forms are available from Class Counsel by calling 877-977-8397 toll free, or by visiting site and downloading the Claim form or by emailing DryvitSettlement@FinkelLaw.com.
