How do I know if I am a Class Member?
You are a Class Member if you own or owned a one- or two-family residential dwelling or townhouse in South Carolina that was clad with a Dryvit EIFS product between January 1, 1989 and September 3, 2002. The Class includes property owners who have repaired or replaced their Dryvit EIFS as well as those who have done nothing. If you filed a claim in the Posey settlement, you are still a member of this Class.
